Week of June 17th – 23rd: Organized Practices

Sunday – Rest, bike, hike, swim, yoga or elliptical + core work

Monday – 8am at Pomona HS; Myrtle, Hips, Foot Drills, 1 – 3 miles broken up, Standing AIS, Core

Tuesday – Rest, bike, hike, swim, yoga, or elliptical + core work

Wednesday –  8am at Pomona HS; Skips, Hips, Stability, 1 – 3 miles broken up, Standing AIS, Core

Thursday – Rest, bike, hike, swim, yoga, or elliptical + core work

Friday – 8am at Pomona HS; Two regular grass loops + Game Day!

Saturday – Rest, bike, hike, swim, yoga, or elliptical + core work

Week of June 24th – 30th: Summer Running

Sunday – Rest, bike, hike, swim, yoga or elliptical + core work

Monday – 8am at Pomona HS; Skips, Hips, Stability, Uno Shamrock, Standing AIS, Core

Tuesday – Rest, bike, hike, swim, yoga, or elliptical + core work

Wednesday –  8am at Pomona HS; Myrtle, Hips, Foot drills, Uno Shamrock, Standing AIS, Core

Thursday – Rest, bike, hike, swim, yoga, or elliptical + core work

Friday – 8am at Pomona High School; Two regular grass loops + Game Day!

Saturday – Team Hike – TBD
